The participation of Maghawir al-Bahr (Navy Seals) and Suqur al-Sahara' (The Desert Falcons) forces, led by businessmen, Mohamed al-Jaber and Ayman al-Jaber, could not end the tension between these militias and the leadership of Bashar Al-Assad regime, which led to the withdrawal of hundreds of Syrian troops from the first mentioned ranks. This came after worsening tension between the two parties, after Ibrahim al-Jaber , the brother of the two militia commanders, has harassed a senior leader of the Syrian regime's procession, and did not know whether Bashar Al-Assad or his brother, and guiding curses and insults to an officer, who was in charge of securing the procession, in Lattakia, Syria.
Sources confirmed that, Ibrahim Jaber, who was travelling in luxury car, express his resentment and anger from a procession passed close to Jaber's procession. Ibrahim al-Jaber, however, ordered the responsible of the other procession to stop and make way for his car, cursing and swearing the Colonel in charge of convoy escorts.
This abuse stepped up tension for Bashar Al-Assad regime, where the Syrian Observatory for human rights (SOHR) recieved information from reliable sources, which confirmed that the Syrian regime and ordered to pull more than 900 member of the security forces and were soldiers performing compulsory military service, and performing their service within the ranks of Maghawir al-Bahr forces, in response to what happened in the procession.
Meanwhile, the regime forces retained the volunteer elements within the ranks of this militia. The regime will resolve these groups, although their big role in the battles of Latakia, Palmyra and Aleppo, sources confirmed for SOHR.
The operation of pulling 900 militiamen came after arresting of Ibrahim al-Jaber and his companion, and his car was seized .
The militia, led by the Syrian businessman Mohamed al-Jaber and his brother Ayman Jaber, aroused the wrath of the sons of Aleppo and left dissatisfaction between people, where the elements of their forces exploited their strong participation in the battles of Aleppo, to begin a series of thefting and looting of homes, shops and property of citizens.
SOHR published in successive periods earlier than last year 2016, during battles, that regime forces regained control of the areas that were controlled by rebels in Aleppo, with the exception of some sites on the outskirts of the city and areas controlled by Kurdish forces and the democratic forces of Syria.
On the other hand, Syrian fighter jets launched two raids on areas in Soha village of Hama's eastern countryside controlled by ISIS with no information about casualties. They also raided other areas in Kantira village of Hama's southern countryside leading to material damages. Two women have been killed during the governmental bombardment of Helfaia town of Hama's northern countryside, as they threw bombing barrels on Wadi Al Anz of Hama's northern countryside with no information about casualties.
Meanwhile, fighter jets, thought to be related to the International Coalition, bombarded areas in the northern east of Raqqa leading to material damages with no information about humanitarian losses. Clashes continue between Syria's Democratic Forces and ISIS at Raqqa's eastern and northern east countrysides. Syria's Democratic Forces managed to achieve notable advance in 12 villages at Raqqa's eastern countryside.
The regime warplanes shelled areas in the villages of Brighet and Kantira of Hama's southern countryside leading to material damages with no information about humanitarian losses. The clashes continued between Syrian governmental troops and Islamist factions in the western side of Aleppo in the framework of the governmental attempts to restore control on the areas controlled by the extremist group.
The governmental troops resumed the bombardment of sites controlled by Islamist Ahrar Al Sham and Fatah Al Sham front near Qabon district and other area's surrounding the Syrian capital of Damascus. The attack coincided with shelling Jober district and surrounding farms located in the eastern side of Damascus.
