BCCI Chairman Khalid Abdulrahman al-Moayyad
Manama - BNA

The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has valued highly the leadership’s initiatives to overcome the challenges faced by the National Dialogue parties, and commitment to implementing the areas on which they common grounds reached.
In this regard, BCCI Chairman Khalid Abdulrahman Al Moayyad hailed the leadership’s initiatives as a road map for the next national action phase in a way that consolidates the democratic experience and promotes the state of law and institutions.
They will open up new horizons for the Reform Project, especially regarding the re-definition of electoral constituencies, empowerment of the Legislative Branch, reinforcement of national security, rejection of violence and unity against terrorism and acts of sabotage, he also said.
He pointed out that the efforts of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, endorsed by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, would usher in a new phase of national action during HM the King’s prosperous era and consolidate the democratic approach and the comprehensive reform vision.
HRH the Crown Prince’s efforts will open doors for the development of democratic practices in the kingdom, and pave the way for the future generations to achieve new accomplishments, noting that the common grounds reached meet the aspirations of all segments of the Bahraini society for a more stable and prosperous future.
He called on all parties, whatever be their affiliations, to join ranks in order to enhance the nation-building process, reinforce the national fundamentals spearheaded by HM the King, cement national unity and bring about more economic and democratic gains.
He underlined that the initiatives of the Bahraini leaders, led by HM King Hamad, had created an atmosphere of optimism among all segments of the Bahraini people.
Meanwhile, Al-Moayyad paid tribute to the government, led by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, for its patriotic efforts, landmark achievements and effective role in improving the citizens’ standards of living.
He pledged that BCCI would meet the requirements of the new phase in order to achieve the goals of the Royal Reform Project, the Economic Vision for Bahrain, 2030, and the government policies, and cooperate with all public and private sides to achieve that goal.
