The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology has issued the forecast for the next 24 hours for the UAE. It will be relatively hot in general during the daytime, with top average temperatures across the Emirates being Abu Dhabi 39, Dubai 38, Sharjah 38, Ajman 37, Umm Al Qaiwain 37, Ras al-Khaimah 36 and Fujairah 35, with Liwa seeing the widest temperature extremes ranging from 23 to 42 degrees Celsius.
It will become mild during the night, partly cloudy and hazy over some areas at times. Clouds will appear over some eastern areas of the country. Winds will be light to moderate winds in general, freshening at times during the afternoon. Relative humidity is likely to increase during the night and early morning over most coastal and internal areas, with the chance of fog or mist formation over scattered areas.
Seas in the Arabian Gulf will be moderate, becoming rough by late Saturday night and Sunday morning. Seas will be slight to moderate in the Sea of Oman.
The forecast for the next 48 hours is similar.
