H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has urged the new board of the emirate's Chamber of Commerce and Industry to gain knowledge about the successful practices of other chambers of commerce and harness them to stimulate the domestic economy.
Speaking while receiving the new board of the chamber on Tuesday at the Emiri Court, led by Saeed bin Nasser Al Talay, H.H. Sheikh Saud said that working as one team and directing efforts towards building a promising knowledge future will serve members and investors better and attract foreign investment.
The board members pledged to do what they could to implement the ruler's instructions.
H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain, and other senior local officials attended the meeting.
