Egyptian Radio presenter Hamdy Al Kunayessi revealed that the new syndicate of workers in media will include all workers in this career whether in television or radio. He added that the syndicate distributed applications to allow the workers in this career join the new syndicate.

He added, in a statement to "Arabs Today", that the media code of ethics is one of the major tools on which the syndicate will depend to monitor any violations committed in any of media platforms during the coming period.

He added that it is necessary to establish a huge syndicate, saying that its main objective is to protect the workers in this career and to meet their aspirations. He stressed that the syndicate's membership is open for all workers in media.

He stressed his appreciation to the Press Syndicate, saying that it performed a main role to support the new syndicate. He added that it provided the legal support for the measures taken to establish the new syndicate.

He added that they give the priority to supporting Egyptian governmental television to restore its prominent role during the coming period not only inside the country but also in the Middle East.
