Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with President of the Turkish regime Recep Tayib Erdogan efforts to solve the crisis in Syria and the practical implementation of the de-escalation zones memorandum in the country.
“President Putin agreed with Erdogan, in a telephone call, to continue efforts exerted to help reach a solution to the crisis in Syria in light of the de-escalation zones memo,” the Kremlin said in a statement on Monday.
It added that the two sides also discussed the crisis in the Gulf States
