The First Vice President of the Republic and National Prime Minister, Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Salih, affirmed that the implementation of the outcome of the national dialogue represents the top goal of the Executive.
During his meeting Wednesday at the Republican Palace with the Assistant of the President of the Republic, Maj. Gen. Abdul- Rahman Al- Saddiq Al- Mahdi, he noted that 651 of the total 900 recommendations of the national dialogue related to the livelihood of the citizens, the production, economic reform, curbing price rise and the control of prices of the necessary goods.
The Assistant of the President of the Republic indicated in a press statement that the meeting has discussed the current political situation, the efforts required to uniting ranks together, the spreadind of inclusive peace, providing the requirements of political stability and protection of human rights.
He pointed out to necessity of effective progress in the regional arena, considering the Sudan's position as a linking point in the region.
He stressed that dialogue as the best means for guaranteeing peace and the most effective way for facing disputes in the region.
