Emirates Post Group holds second Change Retreat in 2017

The Emirates Post Group has held its second Change Retreat of 2017 at the group's headquarters in Dubai. The ‘Motivated to Change’ retreat, held to develop the corporate culture of change at EPG, was inaugurated in the presence of the Group’s Acting CEO, Abdullah Mohammed Al Ashram.
The participants reviewed the outcomes of the previous retreat, which was held in the first quarter of the year. They also discussed important organisational factors that influence performance and productivity, created goals and key indicators to measure the desired transformation, and identified priorities for supporting change in the corporate culture.
Al Ashram said, "The Emirates Post Group focuses on a strategy to develop postal and digital services, and set clear objectives to be achieved by 2021."
