Kuwaiti First Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Shaikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov and discussed bilateral relations. Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) said that the meeting focused on regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.
The two sides signed a number of bilateral agreements and memoranda of understanding, including visa exemption for holders of diplomatic passports education and scientific research as well as a MoU between the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) and Uzbekistan.
