Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) President Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa received today world-renowned Egyptian Fine Artist and Sculptor Adam Hanin, head of the 6th Bahrain International Sculpture Symposium, being held at Bahrain National Museum, as part of festivities marking the Muharraq Capital of Islamic Culture 2018.
She stressed the importance of the Bahrain International Sculpture Symposium, which epitomizes the role of arts in conserving human memory, passing heritage down generations and promoting cultural exchanges between Bahrain and other peoples in the world.
Adam Hanin hailed Bahrain’s cultural dynamism, stressing BACA's role in promoting arts and expressing delight at chairing the 6th Bahrain International Sculpture Symposium.
