Syrian singer Asalah Nasri and around thirty one Algerian athletes and artists joined together in a campaign to support the establishment of the first center for psychological comfort in North Africa. The center aims to rehabilitate young people psychologically, and help them use their energy and inner strength to combat drugs and illegal immigration. An Algerian newspaper stated that the project was the initiative of young men and women in Algeria who want to make a difference. The launch date for completing the project is on July 5. Asalah will contribute by holding a series of concerts, which proceeds will go directly to funding the campaign. In addition additional funding will come from a special project through SMS. The initiative has achieved a strong echo in the artistic and social circles. The ambassadors of the project include Lakhdar Belloumi, Salimah Swakri and comedian Saleh Ovurt, artist Bahia Rachidi, King of Rai, Cheb Khaled and Lotfi Double Kanon.
