Ghada Abdel Razek anticipates arrival of grandchild

Egyptian actress Ghada Abdel Razek is worried and fretful about daughter Rotana who is expected to deliver her first baby Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. The actress has been by her daughter's side at all times. Arabstoday has learned from sources close to the actress that she is ecstatic in anticipation of her first grandchild, contradicting reports that said she is upset and depressed over it. The sources said Abdel Razek has put off filming her scenes in the film el-Garconaira [The Waitress] as she awaits developments on the second anniversary of Egypt's January 25 Revolution. Abdel Razek co-stars with Nidal el-Shafei and Jordanian Mondher Rayahneh in The Waitress.
