Lebanese singer Wael Jassar says is happy to have given Egyptians an anthem for their 'June 30 revolution.' Jassar's new single, Misr al-Hurra (Free Egypt) has proved to be an instant hit among Egyptians, with a trailer of the video now airing on several Egyptian and Arab satellite television channels. "I was not surprised to see how Egyptians came together to fight their rights, for freedom and social justice," Jassar said. The song, released to celebrate Egypt's 'June 30 revolution,' includes the words of Defence Minister Abdul Fatah al-Sisi when he assured Egyptians that the army will not sit back and watch the people of Egypt suffer. Misr al-Hurra has been written by Nabil Khalaf, composed by Waleed Saad and produced by Arabica Productions
