Singer Miriam Clinic
Beirut - Michelle Hadad

Lebanese singer Miriam Clinic revealed that she decided to leave her country to live in Cairo to avoid the series of intrigues she faced during the recent period. She added, “Conspiracies surround me due to the success I managed to achieve during a short period of time. I managed to compete those who works in the same career for over ten years.”

She added, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that she will resume her career during the coming period, blaming her competitors for the decision taken by the Lebanese authorities to prevent the broadcast of her new video clip “Ghoul”. She defended her clip, saying that it has been presented on the Egyptian satellite channels.

She said, “Critics commented on the participation of a child in the video clip, while they have not seen how the children are used currently in violating works.” She added that it is not the first time to see the appearance of children in video clips, while the matter raised revolution with her.

She stressed her intention to present more works during the coming period with different accents, saying that she aspires to achieve international fame. She added that she prepares for participating in a party scheduled to be organized in Germany during the coming period.

She added, “It is good to find a large number of people supporting you, while few numbers of them work to undermine your advance in your career. I will resume working to achieve more success during the coming period.”

She said that it is possible to take the experience of working as an actress, saying that she could take the step in the future, while she still needs to find the suitable role that could push her forward in her career not to undermine the success she managed to achieve during her work as a singer.

She expressed her pleasure for living in Cairo, saying that she received warm reception there. She added that she will cooperate with a number of poets and composers during the coming period, stressing her keenness increase her works to send implicit messages to her enemies through them.
