Lebanese singer Nawal Al Zoghbi revealed that she currently prepares for a new song written by Lebanese poet Joseph Goha, saying that it will be presented in May. She added that her recent song "Tewla" is an Iraqi classical song, saying thar it is the first time for her to present a song in the Iraqi accent.

She added, in a statement to "Arabs Today", that she decided to present the Iraqi song as she loved the accent, praising its writer Adnan Al Amir and composer Bassam Al Mahdi. She described the song as a unique work. She revealed her intention to present the song in a new video clip immediately after her return from France.

She added that the new clip will be filmed in Lebanon, saying that she is extremely preoccupied and will not be able to film the clip abroad. She promised her fans to participate in a number of parties during the coming Summer. She added that she received an offer to sing during one of Arab Idol episodes, while she apologized for participating in a wedding party during the same time.

She stressed her support for the American cinema, saying that Lebanese cinema industry witnessed notable progress. She expressed her love to the Turkish drama
