Tamer Hosny and Basma Boussil’s video clip has caused fury amongst viewers after broadcasting on TV. The clip shows Hosny and Boussil as a couple who are so in love, hugging and touching, causing a strong reaction by audiences towards their fans which they described as a work below the appropriate level. Also in the clip, Tamer appeared hugging Basma in a swimming pool in a romantic scene, which brought out the jealousy in his female fans, who took to his Facebook page and warned him from getting close to the Star Academy 6 former contestant. The clip is for a song called “Don’t ask me” from the album “What’s coming next is nicer.” In addition, Hosny’s album contained several dialects in his album as he also did a duet with Dutch rapper Yasser Rushdi titled “Prettiest Gift,” where Yasser rapped in English and Hosny sang in reply to him in Arabic. The Egyptian singer had previously said that he encourages young talents; because in the same way he brought to light the talents of Kareem Mohsin and Husam Al-Hussaini, he insists on discovering new talents such as Basma’s and others alike. Tamer denied any love connection between him and Boussil after rumors spread about tem being a couple.
