The Saudi artist Rashed Al-Majed praised the decision taken by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz as he canceled the national operetta of Al Janadriyah festival, which Rashed Al-Majed was one of its participant, in sympathy with the Syrian people who are facing a genocidal campaign by Bashar Al-Assad’s regime. Al-Majed described this action as a kind touch from the king of humanity and commended his sympathy with the Arab people. He said “We are sad for our brothers in Syria, and my heart goes out for the brutal killing they are confronted with, and I hope this tribulation would come to an end so they may live safely and happily. I have to say that some times I get stunned in front of the TV while following the unfortunate events going on”.
