Jordanian actress Saba Mubarak is expected to return to Cairo from Jordan and resume filming for al-Raheb (The Monk), next week. The star took a short break from work to spend the Islamic festival of Eid al-Fitr with her family. The shooting for al-Raheb was postponed in June due to the leading actors' commitment to Ramadan drama projects. Mubarak told Arab Today that she is confident of winning her fans over, after receiving criticism for performances in Moga ?Harra (Heat Wave), Asia and Khalafallah. Al-Raheb, starring Hany Salama, directed by Hala Khalil and written by Mohammed al-Adl, is scheduled to go on general release early September.
