Sudanese singer Hanan Blublu blamed the Arab and Sudanese media for the Sudanese song's lack of popularity. saying that the media in different Arab countries adopted discriminatory approach against the Sudanese song.
However, she added, there are a number of Sudanese songs that gained notable popularity across the Arab world, including "The Witch" for Sudanese singer Sayed Khalifa, saying that her fame came during 1980s before the current huge technological development.
She added that her songs were ranking first, stressing that they she was presenting breaks of dance during singing, saying that she participated in a large number of festivals in the different Arab, African and European countries. She added that her parties were organized for the Sudanese communities in these countries.
She added that she faced serious challenges from the family and the community as whole during the beginning of her career, saying that she had her own style.
