Actress Sumaya Al Khashab is happy for returning to popular drama through her participation in “Al Halal” series with Bayoumi Fouad, Yousra El-Lozi, Fadia Abdel Ghani and Dina Fouad.
During an interview with “Arab Today” she said that, she is playing the role of a funny girl named “Zhabiya” who performs religious rituals, but is known for her willingness to help everyone. She becomes a second wife for an old person, who secretly marries two other women from the same neighborhood.
She anticipated the success of this series, because it has all the required elements from good script, directing, acting, to comedy and suspense. She sang a song with singer Ahmed Saad as a promotion to “Al Halal” series that brings back the well-known Egyptian habits. Sumaya last project was “It is either me or you” with Fifi Abdou and Sahir al-Sayegh, Sameh al-Sriti. It was written by Fathi al-Jundi and directed by Yasser Zayed.
