She noted that the large turnout of participants at the 3rd Government Summit 2015, which wrapped up its sessions yesterday, is a testament to the UAE's position as a pioneer in developing government systems and best practices through introducing innovative and unconventional methods. This success has gained the country trust of the international community to host global dialogue aimed at developing futuristic quality standards government services.

She emphasised that as the UAE is moving forward with ambitious development projects to achieve this goal, women are involved as partners in shaping the future, while realising their full potential and benefiting from leadership's ongoing support.
Sheikha Manal added that "the government's persistence for women to reach leading positions at all levels is a source of inspiration to all of us to unleash creativity and positive energy, expanding our potentials and develop our capabilities in the pursuit of achieving strategic successes. Meanwhile, women will be required to carry on their essential role to nurture future generations as well as shoulder responsibilities at work place to fulfil their duty in serving their country." Sheikha Manal's statement came while taking part at the government summit which started in Dubai last Monday under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, and during her visit with her children to the Future Museum, which showcases future concepts for government services in education, healthcare and smart-city planning. The museum also features a laboratory for research, design and innovation, particularly for government entities.
