Assiut Governor Ibrahim Hamad

Assiut Governor General Ibrahim Hamad said subsidized agricultural fertilizers are available in all Agricultural cooperatives in villages for the winter season crops.
Hamad denied there was any shortage in fertilizers, saying he gave necessary directives to monitoring bodies to crack down on cooperatives to avoid any manipulation of prices
