The Minister of Water Resources ans Electricity , Mautaz Mausa has asserted that the Sudan will not sign the present agreement of Entebbe unless an agreement on the outstanding issues is reached.
He indicated in statement to SUNA that the Sudan constant stance is to continue cooperation on the Naile Basin issues regardless of the framework agreement which the Sudan considers as a way for cooperation and not an end in itself, stressing that the coordination in this regard is based on the achievement of the common interests without harming any of the Nile Basin countries.
