The EU is still working towards a Brexit deal, the bloc's president Donald Tusk said Tuesday, after Prime Minister Theresa May warned Britain was making preparations in case there is no accord.
Tusk said he hoped it was possible to make "sufficient progress" on divorce negotiations to move on to trade talks by December, but that "we'll have to think about where we are heading" if not.
