Russian President Vladimir Putin will wait for new US sanctions against Moscow to become law before deciding whether to respond, the Kremlin said Wednesday, after the House of Representatives backed the measures.
"For now we are still only talking about a bill so we won't give any substantive evaluations," spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, adding "let's wait for this legislation to become law."
