President-elect Barrow hails 'new Gambia'

Opposition leader Adama Barrow hailed a "new Gambia" on Friday in his first comments since a stunning win at the polls ending 22 years of rule by President Yahya Jammeh.
Promising to restore hope to those living in one of the world's poorest countries, Barrow told journalists: "(My) message to the Gambian people -- it's time for work. It's a new Gambia."
