Judge decides Cosby should face sex assault trial

A judge in Pennsylvania ruled Tuesday that disgraced television legend Bill Cosby should stand trial over criminal accusations that he sexually assaulted a woman at his Philadelphia home in 2004. The 78-year-old pioneering black comedian, whom more than 50 women have publicly accused of sexual assault, faces up to 10 years in jail if convicted. |
