Wendell Pierce is to play a recurring role on the second season of the Los Angeles drama series "Ray Donovan," Showtime announced Wednesday. The Emmy Award-winning actor is best known for his work on the TV shows "The Wire" and "Treme." He will play Mr. Keith, a down-on-his-luck parole officer who gets a payoff from professional fixer Ray, played by Liev Schreiber. Production on the 12-episode second season of "Ray Donovan" is currently under way. It is set for a summer premiere.
