Film Festival Dubai - Arabstoday Australian actress Cate Blanchett looked radiant in a Rodarte gown as she arrived the 2012 Dubai International Film Festival. 43 year old Cate is heading a jury that will select the winner of the IWC Schaffhausen Filmmaker script award.
