SuperClubs said the Breezes Trelawny Resort & Spa in Jamaica will close on May 31 due to an impending sale to an “overseas hotel operator.” Once the sale is finalized, more details will be announced, SuperClubs said. The 349-room resort has been a SuperClubs property since 2002. Guests affected by the closing will be contacted to make other arrangements, SuperClubs said. Earlier this month, SuperClubs announced that its resort in Curacao will no longer be part of the Breezes portfolio, starting July 1.
