Dusit Thani Dubai’s sales and marketing department has introduced a new member to the team to continue working with the hotel’s ties with Dubai’s Thai community. Nisakorn Jittawisuthikul has been appointed the new Thai sales executive, in charge of liaising with Dusit Thani Dubai’s loyal Thai partners and guests. She joins the already strong Sales and Marketing team from the hotel’s front office where she was in the position of guest service agent for the past 14 months. Her new appointment will see her continue to work with Thai government bodies and businesses within Dubai and the UAE. “Being Thai herself Nisakorn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the position which has seen Dusit Thani Dubai form strong friendships with Dubai’s Thai Community over the past few years,” Leon Salinel, director of sales and marketing, noted. “Her knowledge of Thai customs and traditions is vital for this position and I am very pleased to have her on board. “I believe the department will really benefit from her skills and experience she brings with her.” Bangkok born Nisakorn is no stranger to sales, before moving to Dubai she worked as the Sales Administrator at Pathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok, another hotel within the Dusit family. “My passion for sales and working within the Thai community will be a great asset to this position and I look forward to working with the rest of the team here to continue the hotel’s relationship with the Thai community, both within Dubai and further afield,” Jittawisuthikul added.
