After opening new branches in the cities of Marrakech and Casablanca, Four Seasons - which belongs to Saudi billionaire Al-Walid Bin Talal - will open his third branch at Tag Sot Bay Station, Agadir City in Morocco. The hotel is considered one of the largest tourist projects in Al-Maghreb, where a group of hotels will be constructed at a total cost of one billion dirham ($125 million). Four Seasons chose the location of Tag Sot Bay Station due to its proximity to Atlantic Ocean. This is the first project of its kind, with the new hotel looking to have a capacity of up to 7,000 rooms.
