The Lensbury, a 4-star hotel in London, has implemented the EzRMS automated Revenue Management System. The Lensbury, located within 25 manicured acres on the banks of the River Thames in southwest London, is graced by over 400 trees, some of them saplings when George III reigned. The Lensbury has 171 rooms in a variety of styles, from the new Dutch Suite and executive bedrooms to standard clubhouse bedrooms. The property now uses the EzRMS Core Module, which allows forecasting and optimisation based on total revenue across all market segments and room categories. Ivor Turner, General Manager of The Lensbury, said, “We have spent the last six months looking for a system to help us yield our accommodation business and we felt that EasyRMS was the best product for our needs. We have now implemented a full Revenue Management process and are confident that we will grow our market share at the best rate achievable and look forward to developing our business in partnership with EasyRMS.”
