Hilton Jaipur has launched a brand new restaurant.
Aurum will serve as the property’s all-day global cuisine restaurant, offering an extensive menu of Indian, Asian and Western dishes. It also features a range of live cooking stations, a wood-fired pizza oven and a Tandoor kitchen.
The most striking features of the restaurant are three 300kg gold bells, which have been handcrafted by Jaipur artisans and hang from the roof of the Tandoor kitchens, serving as huge chimneys.
“Aurum… [is] ideal for quick business luncheons, heart-warming meals with family and friends as well for special celebrations,” said Vikram Khettry, general manager of the Hilton Jaipur.
“Aurum also provides an opportunity for our team of talented chefs to directly interact with guests, understand their needs and preferences in terms of taste, portions and ingredients and, if required, customise their favourite dishes on the menu.”
Headed up by the hotel’s executive chef, Mukul Agarwal, the new restaurant is located on the main lobby level of the recently-opened hotel. Aurum can seat 120 diners, and also features two private dining areas each seating 16 people.
