Dubai Land Department launches ‘Real Estate Fitness Challenge’
Dubai - WAM

Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director-General of Dubai Land Department, DLD, today launched the ‘Real Estate Fitness Challenge’ in line with the ‘Dubai Fitness Challenge’ initiative of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council.

Today was the first day of the initiative at Jumeirah Golf Estates, and featured the participation of Bin Mejren and a number of DLD directors and employees using the golf course as the starting point of a walking route.

Each Sunday will see DLD selecting prominent real estate landmarks in the Emirate for each subsequent ‘Real Estate Fitness Challenge’ location.

Bin Mejren said, "The Dubai real estate sector wanted to provide full support for the initiative launched by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, by mobilising the largest number of DLD employees and real estate professionals. We also wanted to use the initiative to showcase important Dubai landmarks and highlight the incredible diversity in Dubai’s architecture."
