Dubai Municipality has invited citizens who have been allocated residential land in Bur Dubai in the years 2013-2015 by the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment to make use of smart apps to reserve their plots.
Citizens can use the "Maskani" application by downloading it to smart phones via Google Play (for Android) or Apple Store (for IOS), to get the right choice for the piece of land they want, as of Monday, 27th November, 2017. The area of the plot would be 12,000 ft. or 1,120 sq. metres for buildings with ground plus two floors.
The municipality recently announced the establishment of a new residential area for citizens in the Umm Nahd area, on the Dubai Al Ain Road, with a total area of 763 hectares, or 762,608 square metres.
The new area takes into account everything needed to achieve prosperity and stability for citizens. It includes provision for public services such as mosques, schools and parks, in addition to various commercial services.
