Hanwha Samsung International Company, has honoured Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority, SEWA, as one of the best providers of integrated safety and security systems in power generation, transmission, distribution and desalination plants.
Dr. Engineer Rashid Al-Leem, Chairman of, SEWA, has expressed his pride at this honour.
He said the SEWA provides the best ways to secure and protect electricity and water production and distribution stations in the Emirate of Sharjah.
He stressed that the SEWA works in accordance with the directives of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to provide all necessary capabilities to secure and protect the infrastructure of energy and water projects in Sharjah.
SEWA uses latest technologies and human expertise to secure vital installations, stations and electricity networks and is constantly working to raise the level of readiness in order to meet any emergency circumstances, he affirmed.
