Belarus’ government raised from Saturday by 15.7 percent tariffs for consumers of electricity. Specialists have calculated that a family of three, who live in a two-room flat, will have to pay additionally 9,000 roubles to make 267.5 thousand Belarusian roubles /0.92 Russian roubles/. “The decision made is based on growing incomes and on the parameters to reimburse the budget expenses,” the governmental press service said. Earlier, the electricity tariffs were raised by 18 percent from February 1, 2013.
