Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has launched a new campaign highlighting its leading role in supporting the sustainable development of Dubai and the well-being of its residents in a sustainable and environmentally-friendly way that achieves the aspirations of the wise leadership to achieve a happy society.
As part of the campaign, DEWA launched a promotional video that underlines DEWA's key role in achieving happiness of society as a whole. It highlights the well-established relationship between DEWA, which is part of the lives of Dubai's residents, in addition to providing them with electricity and water services.
The promotional film has achieved remarkable success on social media with the #DEWALifeStylehashtag,with over 213,000 views in less than a week.
"This campaign supports DEWA's efforts to establish an effective relationship with its customers and society in general. It underlines DEWA's message that it is part of the life of every individual and family, and that it exerts all efforts to fulfil their needs, exceed their expectations, and make them happier. This supports our vision to become a sustainable innovative world-class utility. DEWA is committed to providing uninterrupted and stable electricity and water supplies for all residents of Dubai, to ensure their comfort and enable them to enjoy their lives with peace of mind, especially in terms of securing their power and water needs around the clock," said Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA.
"This campaign demonstrates our commitment to fulfil the needs of all society especially as more people are interested in living a more sustainable lifestyle and adopting an environmentally-friendly way of life. DEWA has added an objective in its strategy to achieve the happiness of its stakeholders. It has introduced smart devices to measure the public's happiness and satisfaction with its services. DEWA has installed smart devices to gauge public satisfaction and happiness with its services. The Happiness Meter exceeded 98% in the first few days of its launch," he added.
