Dubai issues list of accredited products, companies

Dubai Municipality has issued list of accredited products for solar water heating systems which can be used in city's buildings as well as the details of certified companies, said officials with the civic body. The list comes as part of Dubai Municipality's efforts to implement the project Green Buildings' in Dubai. As the list is now published for public instruction, no other products for solar water heating systems other than that is listed can be used in the buildings in Dubai. It is the Dubai Central Laboratory that issued the list for DM after carrying out scientific tests to ensure that products comply with the criteria and specifications framed for Green Buildings'.
