In a statement, the Indian Embassy in Cairo said a delegation of the Indian Ministry of New and Renewable Energy met senior officials at the Egyptian electricity ministry to discuss ways of bolstering bilateral cooperation in the energy field.
The delegation convened also with a number of high-ranking officials at the General Authority for Investment and the Arab Organization for Industrialization.
After the get-together, the two sides stressed the importance of holding a meeting for the joint working group in India in August.
