Oil Minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi announced the start of shipment of Kirkuk oil via Kurdish line and export it to Turkey.
Abdul al-Mahdi said in a press statement today, "The oil extracted from the Kirkuk fields will be shipped via the infrastructure built by the Kurdistan region with Turkey, after the implementation of the agreement reached with the Kurdistan region to end the dispute over the oil revenues."
Abdul al-Mahdi added, "the Iraqi government allowed the entry of shipments across the Kurdish line as a gesture of goodwill to Turkey.
