Pakistan to focus on new energy policy
Islamabad - KUNA
Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will preside over a meeting for the Council of Common Interests (CCI) on Tuesday to focus on the country's new energy policy. Four ministers of key provinces have confirmed that they will attend the meeting, said an official at Prime Minister's office. The meeting will focus on the energy policy of 2013-2018 and participants are welcomed to provide their suggestions, input, and recommendations to improve Pakistan's power sector. After the CCI's approval, the energy policy will be forwarded to the Federal Cabinet meeting on July 25 for deliberation.
