Kuala Lumpur - Bernama

Naza Quest Sdn Bhd, which distributes Chevrolet cars in Malaysia, expects sales this year to increase by three-fold from 550 units last year mainly supported by brisk sales for its Chevrolet Captiva. "With the just-launched upgraded Chevrolet Captiva, we have already sold 100 units within two weeks (starting the first week of August) and another 100 units have been booked," said its Chief Operating Officer Datuk Maruan Mohd Said. "For the first six months of this year we already have a surplus compared to the sales of last year," he told reporters after the launch of the new car here today. Also present was the Group Chief Operating Officer, NAZA Group of Companies, Datuk SM Zulkifli SM Amin. The new Chevrolet Captiva is said to enjoy less fuel consumption and better performance with a higher horse power of 165 compared with 136 previously. The car which comes in five colours, is priced at RM153,888.
