Infiniti, a leading premium automotive brand, has launched its new model the Q70 sedan in the Middle East region.
The Q70 will be available in Excellence and Luxury Grade that features a premium body design, as well as an alternative Sport Grade with a sport body design, said a statement from the company.
It is equipped with a 3.7-litre V6 engine, rated at 329hp at 7,000rpm and 363Nm of torque. It is also available with a 5.6-litre V-8 engine that delivers 402hp at 6,000rpm at 550Nm of torque.
The Q70 also features the unique Infiniti Drive Mode Selector that allows drivers to select from varied driving modes – Standard, Eco or Sport – and the integrated control system will adjust throttle sensitivity and transmission mapping to help optimise performance, it stated.
According to Infiniti, the new model comes equipped with the latest in safety advancements that help drivers avoid a collision and further help protect the vehicle occupants if one occurs. It offers a segment first with the Predictive Forward Collision Warning, which anticipates the speed and distance of two vehicles in front to ensure that in the event of an emergency, the vehicle comes to a safe stop.
The vehicle also introduces the innovative Around View Monitor system that provides a birds-eye view of the vehicle in relation to parking lines, creating a 360-degree surrounding view.
Juergen Schmitz, the managing director for Middle East, said: “The new Q70 further raises the bar in the segment with a host of new improvements that is sure to offer a drive that is both exhilarating and rewarding every time.”
“We are confident that the Q70 will offer a powerful alternative to our customers in the region,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
