Minister of State for Information Affairs and the Official Spokesperson of the Government Sameera Ebrahim bin Rajab was selected among this year's Forbes Middle East 59 Most Powerful Arab Women in the Arab World, for the government sector.
The Minister was ranked 16th thanks to her dedication in her work.
This year's "Forbes" Middle East list was based on a number of criteria, including years of professional experience, interaction with the media, and Internet presence.
Social Development Minister Dr. Fatima bint Mohammed Al-Balooshi, Culture Minister Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa and the Shura Council's Second Deputy Chairperson Dr. Bahiya Al-Jishi were among the list of the 59 Most Powerful Arab Women.
