Chinese media said Egyptian Investment Minister Ashraf Salman who recently visited China me a huge number of Chinese businesspersons.
This came during a meeting that was organized by Egyptian embassy in Beijing in which about 100 representatives of Chinese public and private companies attended.
During the meeting, Salman said Egypt was establishing a new democratic state under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, adding that the Egyptian economy was witnessing an awakening in the current period.
He pointed out that the Egyptian government would implement a number of grand projects in infrastructure field in which it would allocate 20 billion dollars to build a number of railways in the coming few years as well as 60 billion pounds to establish a number of highways.
That was considered a great opportunity for investors to work in Egypt.
