Judge rejects dismissal for WikiLeaks suspect

A military judge on Wednesday rejected a request to dismiss all charges against US soldier Bradley Manning, who is accused of passing a trove of secret documents to the WikiLeaks website. Colonel Denise Lind said there was no "prosecutorial misconduct," ruling out the dropping of all 22 counts against Manning, as she said it was not the case that government lawyers had withheld information from the defense.
