Kuwait Airways in-flight magazine Al Buraq will be guest edited by local artists, academics and celebrities during 2016.
Dr Alanoud Al-Sharekh, who conducts research on cultural and sociopolitical issues in the region, will take charge for the Feb/March issue of the bi-monthly magazine, Kuwaiti artist Amira Behbehani will be handling the April/May issue, and architect Jassim Al-Saddah the June/July issue.
“It is our honour to feature Kuwait talents and celebrities as guest editors,” said Dr. Dima Danawi, Publisher of Al Buraq. “I am looking forward to reading and collecting such issues, signed by artists and activists and successful people that have thought of signing their issues as per their own visions of Kuwait and the world.”
