The Speaker of the National Legislature, prof. Ibrahim Ahmed Omer, will address the opening sitting of the Summit of Youth of African Parliament, due to be hosted by the Sudan during 12-14 of current November, with the participation of representatives of the African Union, international and national organizations under the motto (enhancement of role of youth parliamentarians for promotion of joint values of African Union).
The summit aims at boosting the role of the African youth for good governance, security and peace, and will discuss the issues of concern to the African youth.
The summit will also focus on the necessity to benefit from African youth's movement for participation in the civil responsibility in the peace process, security and development and, to enhance their capabilities in support of human's security.
